Very bad service.

They serviced a gas fire in the space of 25 minutes which seemed very fast at the time. Then 2 months later we found out that it had not been serviced properly at all, the gasket had crumbled away and had been crumbling for some time, this hould have been replaced as part of the service. Despite emailing them and writing formally, they have not even had the courtesy to respond. I've been using the for a few years now, but never again.

Best in Kent

We have been using Advent Green since coming to Deal two years ago. Our house came with a 3 yr old boiler, poorly fitted and not very good. The first winter I called a repair man, a referral from Deal Watch group, he took one look said he would be back with a part and never returned. Someone else suggested calling Advent Green. They have been fantastic!!! We are stuck with this dreadful boiler limping through the second winter while we wait to tear our place down and build new. Advent Green have kept it going! I could not recommend them highly enough! Clean, capable, persistent and very polite.

Excellent Service

I had full gas central heating installed, the price was very reasonable and they were spot on with their timescale, The team were extremely professional and completed an excellent job. I would recommend them with no hesitation. Their workmanship was excellent and they left everything clean and tidy when they left. Thanks Advent Green !!!

New Hot Water System Sorted - No Problem At All - Excellent Service

I live in Eastry and asked Advent Green to help me get rid of the cold water header tanks in my attic as I wanted to use the space they occupied for storage and they designed and installed a mains pressure hot water system for me which freed up the space I needed and provided me with a much better and more efficient system overall and meant my showers worked much, much better than before, a real bonus as I had not even considered the benefits of a mains pressure shower previously. The new water tank heats up super quick and my fuel bills are lower - a win/win result - thank you so much Advent Green. Prompt, efficient and reasonably priced service.
