Rude, unhelpful and aggressive.

Incredibly rude and helpful and seemed eager to not undertake the work.

Following a simple misunderstanding immediately become aggressive and confrontational on the phone despite me trying to clarify what was a minor point.

Highly disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.

Andy and his team (his wife and his two sons) did a great job for me on my damp course at a reasonable price. They are hard working, professional, reliable, extremely competent and completely trustworthy. They were a pleasure to have working in my home and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
