Great Boiler installation, but poor aftercare.

Bought a new boiler and had it installed. Could not fault the installation. However after he left, we reported a problem with the pressure and radiators not working correctly. Safe to say as someone has already pointed out, never returned. Promise to call you back with an appointment and never do. Tried to make contact a couple of times and in the end gave up. Alright for boiler installation, but if you have problems afterwards, can't be relied upon to return. Paid extra in the end for someone else to attend. I would stay clear.

New Boiler - A* service!

Needed a new boiler, had no knowledge in this area at all so felt quite vunerable. After getting 3 quotes Advanced Plumbing and Heating were the cheapest. The engineer was very knowledgable, efficient and tidy. Wish all our other the other tradesmen working on our house were this way.

I had a new boiler fitted in July. A couple of weeks later the radiators started to warm after using the hot warm. I was advised that further work was need to rectified the problem. After numerous appointment cancellations by advanced heating & plumbing followed by many unanswered calls and texts the problem is to-date unresolved.

One of the lowest quotes I got, definately the most helpful plumber. did a good job, very quick very professional. VERY reasonable charge. Would recommend.
