Excellent service saving me on Easter holidays boiler issues

I mean to say these guys are terrible at what they do is a massive understatement. They will over charge you, promise you the earth and then deliver nothing. My Boiler still doesn't work after months of wrangling.

I was having trouble finding someone to look at a warm air system and found Advanced Heating online. Got the job done quickly and even knew what the problem was from a description over the phone. Andrew Smith attended was the utmost professional, courteous and polite. Possibly not the cheapest around but you're paying for the knowledge here as well as the work. Cheers. Craig (Benfleet)

This company are fraudulent. They were called out to assess a problem with underfloor heating. They misdiagnosed the problem, quoted an extortionate amount to fix it and demanded that half was paid as a deposit. The engineer returned and said it was a different issue that could be fixed quickly and inexpensively, however the company had already taken the deposit and then refused to refund what was paid despite misdiagnosing what the problem was. They stole £800 from us when we really should have paid closer to £150 for labour and to change a small part in the boiler - which didn't fix the problem anyway! They never even paid their own contractor, they sent threatening text messages to our residents and could never produce even one professional report. If you do not want to be ripped off and have your money stolen then do not use this company.

We also believe that the all the suspiciously positive 5 star reviews on this website sound very fake

Used once when my boiler broke down - they sent an engineer who recommended replacing about 3 parts from the boiler to get it working. They charged an extraordinary amount then said it wasnt working and I would need a new boiler! When I tried to complain they threatened me with debt collectors! A truly horrible company.
