On another occasion they had a request for a complete resetting of a sink, but managed to resolve the issue much more efficiently.

Since 1998 Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd has been carrying out installation and maintenance work for the Commercial and Domestic sectors. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, from handling your initial call to finding the best engineering solutions for your needs.

Our dedicated teams of engineers are highly qualified in all aspects of Plumbing, Heating, Electrical Services, Green Energy, Lightning Protection, Ventilation Services, Commercial Catering and Air Conditioning services. They all have an extensive technical knowledge and are focused on providing an excellent level of service and attention to detail.

We can meet any heating need, from the design and installation of a new large-scale heating system(s) to regular appliance servicing with the relevant industry certification. We also install, service and maintain all types of heating, ventilation and electrical equipment and can advise on the latest green energy solutions.

Really excellent company. Reliable and skilled team. All costs are explained upfront and best advice given. They fitted my first boiler years ago and my new one just over a year ago. Recently they’ve done gas works and serviced the boiler.
