There is no after sales service here. Took my money for a new washer in August £400. It’s now making a loud noise. They weren’t interested and fobbed me off to Hotpoint. They are no charging me a call out!! And additional costs!! I will not be using these unprofessional people again.

These guys came out quickly to look at our grill, diagnosed the issue in a minute, replaced the element a week later and took the call out fee off the final bill. Top stuff and great service.

I can’t praise the staff and engineers they are outstanding. They go up and above to help you and are so efficient I have recently bought a washing machine and was helped and guided I secondly had to buy a dishwasher I went into shop on Thursday and had my new washer delivered fitted by Monday morning
They are a fabulous family run business
