I was very pleased with the work done to repair flashing on my chimney I was sent a photo of the work done before and after .Work was done of high standards and very neat Also reasonably priced and very quickly date set for work to be done I would have no hesitation to recommend their work to anyone in the future

My husband and I can’t fault the work completed by Advanced Construction and Roofing. Charles kept us informed of what was being done every step of the way with progress pictures of my new roof installation. Highly recommend.

I had Charles out to repair a leaking roof well over a year ago. All was well or so I thought and off he went with full payment.
Soon after, the leak returned and since then I have sent multiple messages, which are read and ignored, made multiple calls which are never answered and left a multitude of answerphone messages. I've even sent emails to no avail.
They are quick enough to take your money but the work is sub standard and customer service is non-existent.
Stay clear.

Great service and workmanship on our roof. Charles talked a through each stage of the work completed and provided visual updates of before during and after so we could see what was being done. Very pleased and would recommend.

I asked Charles to come and fix some cracks in my roof felt, unfortunately he ended up making it worse.

He insisted on patching from the inside, stating that the patching had a 10 year guarantee and it would fix the issue. He had to be called out twice because he missed about half of the initial cracks.

First spell of warm weather the patching peeled off, taking large bits of felt with it. I'd hoped when contacted Charles would offer to come and try another solution to try and salavge a bit of his companies reputation, instead he opted to refund that small part of the quote (exact amount, no compensation for inconvenience or extra damage).

I will now have to look for a competent roofer to fix the now exaggerated issue.

Would not recommend to anyone.
