We have extended warranty cover for our 10 year old Falcon Induction oven through Homeserve. Lately we have experienced problems with one of the induction rings and were directed to AAC. An appointment was arranged for an engineer to visit within a week. I sent a video of the problem which was diagnosed and the replacement part ordered. The engineer visited and the replacement part fitted without any fuss. All very professional and efficient. Thanks

Timely call out and service but more importantly this company fixed my Admiral Fridge Freezer and I now have a fridge which works wonderfully once again ( the fridge was freezing up and everything from milk to lettuce was frozen prior to it being fixed). THANK YOU

Fridge Freezer was faulty in the fridge part and was either freezing all food or warming it all up.
