Hopeless booking system
2Booking an annual system inspection is an ordeal.
Long waits listening to dreadful music, then an operative who can't see any available dates, transfers you, more awful music. And this is to an 0344 number.
Disappointing service
2But now this Company is no longer able to book a routine service appointment which is supposed to be essential for safe running of the system .
Calls to the call centre are slow and frustrating.
