Great Demolition Company

My sons asked me to find a Demolition Company to demolish a property. A quick search on Google found ADS Demolition Limited. Steve the owner of the company was quick to respond and a very competitive deal was struck. Steve dealt efficiently in obtaining a Section 81, permission to demolish a residential property, from the County Council. After an Asbestos Survey, a Bat Survey and a full Method Statement of the work to be done from ADS Demolition Limited, the work commenced in less than one month after my initial contact. The building was initially soft demolished removing all materials for reclamation, including roof tiles, joists, floor boards etc etc. Then the digger arrived to demolish the superstructure. This was carefully carried out by Steve taking care not to damage the surrounding area. The bricks were cleaned and palleted for reclamation. The site was left in very clean and tidy state.

All in all an excellent job and thank you ADS Demolition Limited for a job well done.

Flue Removal

Contacted ADS to remove an asbestos flue on the exterior wall of my house. They were professional, friendly & reliable. I would use their services again.
