Prompt reliable attendance and good quality of work.

Adrian altered his work schedule to urgently fit a new boiler when ours failed and completed the job well within a day even though his assistant had rung in sick. He has worked on other properties of ours and has proved trustworthy , reliable and prompt, particularly for emergency call-outs. Quality of work is good as far as I can judge, not being an expert! Anyway he has never needed to come back and fix faulty work for us.
