Comfort and care is a priority in a safe environment. Behavioural cases are undertaken in a team approach with owners. Originally coming from a dog rescue perspective, the aim is to enable dogs to accept grooming as part of life in a caring and relaxed way which in some cases may take time to achieve. But the rewards speak for themselves when a dog moves from being a frightened bundle who won't allow a brush near them, to being happy, confident and relaxed when being groomed.
