I had two treatments with her and she's so caring and gentle. She always takes genuine interest in my skin and gives the best advice there is for your skin type, tone and recommends the right products for you.

This has been the second visit to the Addlestone Therapy centre and it was a complete pleasure. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The facial was bliss and the head massage was so relaxing I came out feeling light as a feather, almost walking on air! My therapist was professional, polite, confident and very skilled in her approach. She had excellent time keeping and was dedicated to making my visit a relaxing one. The environment is more "spa like" and the treatment rooms are clean and well organised. I felt my therapist was sensitive to my needs and had a good understanding of what was required for my skin. I liked the way her verbal communication skills were used to explain treatments, unlike other places where there has been too much small talk and I felt almost interrogated. I would definitely recommend this for top quality and good customer service.

I had my first ever reflexology treatment here and it was excellent! I left feeling fantastic and didn't suffer with my usual back ache for ages. Couldn't wait to book a second one.
