Additional Aids Mobility has a fully stocked retail shop in Whitton High Street, come in to see for yourself. We also offer a free, no obligation, home demonstration service.

Established in 1983 and trading as Additional Aids Mobility from 2002 the team have a vast amount of experience advising on and supplying a range of mobility aids. Our store in Whitton carries a wide range of mobility equipment from stairlifts and mobility scooters to bathroom products and riser recliner chairs. As a family run business covering Whitton, Richmond, Twickenham, Surrey, West London, Hampshire and further we are the people to visit for educated advice.

Since 2012, we have been the official contractors who service, supply and maintain all of the mobility equipment at The Royal Hospital Chelsea, home of the famous Chelsea Pensioners.

We pride ourselves on our service and offer no-obligation home assessments for riser recliner chairs, stairlifts, mobility scooters and electric profiling beds.

Not greedy at all

I have been looking for a part for a reclining chair and tried a number of venues. I contacted the service by a messenger service and was suprised to get an out of hours response. From the photos I sent in the advice was fair open and honest. The most enlightening part was that it was not in anyway greedy as so many companies are to day in which you are led in a route that profits them. I can safely say I found myself £120 better off from purchasing from this store and the service all the way along has been good friendly open and honest. The service included showing how to fit the part myself without a costly call out. very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to recommend to vulnerable people to use them

Exceptionally good service!

Last week my husband an I purchased a four piece mobility scooter which can fit into our car boot with reasonable ease. The knowledge, kindness and patience of Terry was wonderful! Our lives have changed with this new found freedom and we are delighted with everything about my new bright orange set of wheels! Thank you !

Perfect Advice

When it came time for my parents to have a stairlift fitted the need was suddenly very real. Additional Aids were incredibly understanding of the situation, guiding them through all of the decision making so that they received the perfect solution for their house and arranging installation with the minimum of fuss and problems and giving me invaluable peace of mind. I can't praise them highly enough.
