I contacted Nick concerning a possible restoration of my late Father’s wrist watch, sending some photos of it.
Nick responded very quickly and thereafter followed several email exchanges where we discussed options and estimated costs etc.
After agreement I sent the watch to him and awaited his appraisal.
The watch condition was not good. It had obviously had a heavy impact as the crystal (watch glass) was badly cracked and chipped. The minute hand was loose and the stainless steel bezel and bracelet were very scratched.
Nick kept me fully informed of progress with full explanations of each stage.
I never could have hoped that the watch would look so good. Nick has done an amazing job.
I have no hesitation in recommending Adams Watch Specialist, Nick’s communication and overall customer service is absolutely first class.
I cannot put into words how grateful I am to have this watch back looking and working so good.
