Adams Plumbing & Heating

In December we exchanged a few messages and agreed with Adam to have the appointment one day at the start of January at 9:30am.
Then, the evening before he was due to come to our house, he texted saying he was coming between 10:30am -12pm , without even bother to ask if this was still okay with us.
On the day of the appointment we waited and waited and , at 11:15am , we gave him a call which he didn't answer. We sent him a text message requesting him to arrive soon as we already had other commitments to attend to that morning.
He replied at 11:50am saying : "Hi, I was just awaiting for the confirmation from you . As you didn't aswer , I went to do other jobs. Sorry for the inconvenience".
We said to him:
1) We confirmed this appointment by text 4 - 5 weeks ago with you.
2) You didn’t ask for confirmation on your last night text even though you changed the time of our initial appointment on your own accord without even asking us .
3) Now you don’t even turn up !!!

Had a leak in the shower and contacted Adam. He came over same day and fixed the problem with no issues. Very reasonable price and personal service. Been burnt a few times by other tradesmen and its so refreshing to find one with integrity. I absolutely recommend Adam for excellent and honest job.

Excellent job, came round at short notice during lockdown and fixed a job other engineers had given up on. Reasonable prices, will be my first port of call next time.

Absolutely fantastic and professional installation from Adams Plumbing and Heating.
We were unsure if we wanted to swap our hot water cylinder and have a combi boiler installed but Adams Plumbing and Heating was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the benefits of both systems.
Me and my Wife had a long chat and opted to do the swap, Adams Plumbing and Heating came out to us at a time that suited us and gave us a very fair price (we had got a few quotes).
The guys definitely showed pride in their work, was very professional, tidy and a credit to the company. Our new Combi (Baxi 630) boiler working well and can certainly see how we'll be saving on energy bills going forward.
Would not hesitate to recommend Adams Plumbing and Heating to anyone!

Used three times already (fitted a gas cooker, did a gas safety check and also did some plumbing). Prompt service, very reliable with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend!!
