We were so impressed with the way that they dealt with the delivery and installation of our new washing machine. The machine we ordered did not fit in our kitchen but they quickly arranged for another machine to be delivered and installed with a couple of hours. Brilliant job, personal service at its best. Many thanks from to all who work for this local business.

I’m so impressed think gentlemen name was Julian ?? Being wheelchair bound stroke victim speech not that good said what I was after showed myself to a lift they had put in for wheelchair users which all shops should have very accommodating and when I said what I needed they they helped then offered to deliver and install and takeaway old one no charge I left there not feeling degraded down trodden for being disabled the old fashioned family run buissness are the best and thank you so much so impressed and no dealerships would be able to match service price too.

I was amazed at the massive range of goods for an independent shop - far better then Currys and such places. Prices weren’t too high and though I was only looking at dishwashers, they more or less matched internet prices.
Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about their stock.
Also they recommended the only engineer who was qualified to repair combined gas and electric cookers and he turned out to be great - responded promptly and repaired my cooker for a fair price.
