Tragic to fabulous

Went there today for a hair transformation and that is what I got!.What Dylan can do with hair is unbelievable!.If you haven’t discovered this little gem of a place yet you need to be quick as I’m telling everyone how great it is.I went in feeling like I’d been dragged thru a hedge backwards and came out feel-in like a supermodel.Thank-you Dylan and Adam James.x

Wrong pricing of services

I am disappointed that I paid to have my roots retouched which was a done well but I was then charged over £20 to have my hair dried. I cannot imagine any hairdresser that feels it is fair to unbundle such obviously paired services, I feel let down.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. I apologise that you feel let down by our pricing structure. On our price list which is available via our website it does state clearly at the top that our colour prices do not include a cut or a blow dry. A root re-touch and a blow dry takes up 2 appointment slots, meaning your stylist is with you personally for between 1 hour 15 and one hour 45. if the re-touch price we charge was to include a blow dry the price wouldn't even cover the stylists wage and products used on your hair let alone the trainees wages, the refreshments, styling products and the multiple other outgoings that contribute to the high monthly costs of running a large retail premises. like most salons the reason our colour prices are not bundled together with a blow dry is because not everyone is having multiple services and we want to keep our pricing structure as simple as possible. I hope this clears up your concerns

Lovely salon, very friendly

Lovely salon, everyone very friendly and welcoming. Had a great consultation with James, prior to my colour and cut, he had really good suggestions for my colour. Left with cut and colour just what I wanted. Thank you James. Great service and I will recommend this salon to all my friends.
