After a terrible accident leaving the car totally scrap worthy. Within a specified time came and helped get rid of it from causing further obstruction. Excellent customer service highly recommend.

We were showing our dogs at Crufts this year and we drove from Madrid, Spain to Birmingham. Something went wrong with the alternator and the car stopped, fortunately at the hotel´s door.The receptionist called Ady Recovery cause it was a 24 hour service. It was 8 in the evening of Friday 11th, we were showing our dandie dinmont teriers on Sunday and leaving for Spain on Monday mornng. Adrian arrived in 20 minutes, checked the car, towed it to his garage, worked on it on Saturday morning, repaired it substituting the alternator and called us in the afternoon to go and fetch it. We could drive to Crufts and travel back to Madrid as planned on Monday morning. We have just arrived and the car is working perfectly! The price was very very reasonable and Adrian was very thoughtful, reliable and professional.

My Partner broke down last Friday and we were given ADAC's number from a family member. Adrian came out quickly, towed the van away and got it repaired all within a few hours, meaning my partner didn't lose more than a days business. He was also incredibly reasonably priced. Broke down on M6 this afternoom by junction 7 .He was with me within 10 minute .He has solved the problem and gave me some good advice too .He save my day .The price was half from most recovery operators.Thank you mr Adac !
