Our bodies have an amazing ability to look after itself, but sometimes it needs our help and that's where acupuncture can play its part. Within our body we have channels through which energy flows. Acupuncture stimulates or controls these energy flows to help the body heal itself. It's so simple. We also use Chinese herbal medicine to further assist this process.
