Just to recap what we offer:

1) In-person training (for those in SE7, SE3, SE10, SE18 areas), in the comfort of your own home (yes - I come to you, with all the gear); or in a local park nearby (weather permitting). This also comes with access to the mobile app, so you get all the benefits of session scheduling, in-app messaging, charting of your progress, along with group challenges, and community support.

2) Online training with an easy to use mobile app. You get personalised workout sessions directly in the app. his is like having your very own virtual coach. You will see video & written instructions for every exercise, session scheduling, in-app messaging, charting of your progress, along with group challenges, and community support.

3) Hybrid training - This leverages the best of both worlds, with a mix of in-person and online sessions. This is a great way to gain confidence quickly, by having the reassurance of face to face contact, learn how to do the exercises correctly and maintain form, and have additional sessions planned for you, in your calendar, with reminders, and constant ongoing support.

Fantastic personal trainer and women only group classes

Lyndall is a fantastic trainer. As a 50+ women who had not used a PT before I found her really motivating and helpful leading the sessions with humour. She worked 1-2-1 with me in person over 3 months and I also attended group online classes. The self directed routines via the app are also really good if you miss a class. Lyndall helps you to work out your goals and is always encouraging. She will push you to do your best and makes it achievable. She's also worked out a program that I've used on the fixed weights at the gym, helping me feel more confident there. I would would recommend Lyndall to anyone who is new to exercise, who feels intimidated by group classes, or anyone who's simply in a rut with their routine.

Friendly fitness coach that makes you feel you can do it

I was introduced to Lyndall by a friend during the darkest days of lockdown. For those of us working at home, her morning classes give a structure to the start of the day - and a boost for the rest of it. The sessions set a consistent standard yet are varied. Lyndall quickly puts you at your ease and helps you feel that you CAN do it! Lyndall has definately kept this mid-aged female moving and motivated, fitter and stronger!

Excellent, Supportive, Motivating,Encouraging and Fun.

The trainer was extremely supportive, motivating and encouraging. She was excellent at assessing our limits and offered appropriate advice.
I was initially frightened of joining up but the trainer's pesonality and the group really made the experience fun and enjoyable.

Not everybody can become a great body coach or personal trainer and I know I’ve employed a few in my yrs of training.

Some are late, bullish, insensitive to your injuries and even masochistic.

With Lyndall things were different, she listens and makes subtle changes to your program. All the while pushing you along with gentle suggestive aggression.

I found her 10 week training program after the first lockdown to be very beneficial both in weight loss, stamina and balance. She will also provide nutritional advice as well .

I would like to say it was fun but instead I’ll say it was emotional, as when I felt I had enough I had to remind myself I had signed up for this.

What every you do though, do not ask her to omit BURPEES.

For personal gains in both body and soul choose activeorr. 🖤
