First Rate Plumber - Highly Recommended

I don't usually write reviews or give high scores but Rory was absolutely first rate. He quoted accurately - turned up when he said he would and completed all the work in a timely manner to a very high standard.

Superb Service

I was advised by my neighbour that Rory is the best plumber in the world – having called upon his services, I can appreciate why he’s held in such high esteem.

I encountered an issue with my shower set up, which according to other plumbers necessitated the costly supply and installation of a new shower pump.

Unlike other plumbers, Rory took the time to fully analyse the shower set up and in doing so ascertained the problem was actually nothing whatsoever to do with the pump. The problem was resolved in a timely fashion for a modest charge – perfect!

I can’t recommend Rory highly enough.

A warm and happy ending to a brief, but cold and unhappy experience.

I would like to recommend Rory for his reliability and perseverance; he was the only person who had the decency to reply to our call for help when our boiler failed on the first morning of the sub-zero temperatures a couple of weeks ago which left us with no heating or hot water. He managed to revive our ailing 25 year-old boiler and heating system and even when it proved to be more troublesome than it first appeared, he returned and persevered with it until it was finally fixed.

5 Star Plumber

Rory came over to look at the job the same day my previous plumber let me down - a couple of days before a tenant was to move into my rental. He went the extra mile to get the work done before the deadline. I cannot thank him enough. His level of service and comunication is a rarity amongst tradesmen today.
