Action Drains

I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone with a drain issue within the West Midlands or surrounding area’s. I was greeted on the phone with a high professional manor and was told an engineer would be around within the hour which they were.
The tall young man with several tattoo’s I believe as I can’t quite remember his name, assured me everything would be ok and he and his colleague would have the problem solved ASAP. I offered a drink out of manners to which they replied yes. By time I taken them outside he and his college had already finished to my absolute delight. Not only did he unblock the drain but also cleaned the entire area for me which was fantastic as a lady of my age would have a struggled on my own. He also complimented the cup of tea which was kind of him.
I can not express how happy I was with this service and will most certainly use them again as well as reccomend to others.

My mother ,who is 90,had a blocked drain and I was on holiday 200miles away. Who should I contact? A lot were agencies and I wanted someone who had been in business some time and had an address. I contacted Action Drains. The person who answered the phone was very professional and arranged a visit. The workmen according ot my mother were very polite and efficient and they rang me to tell me the issue and the price which was reasonable. I will certainly use them again. A happy customer
