Worst driving instructor in Cambridge

I had a terrible and utterly disappointing experience with this school's driving instructor. He had no planning as to what so ever my teaching lessons will be. He continuously used the same testing route again and again in Cambridge and will try to extract more and more money from you.
The most horrible thing he did was not turn up on my driving test day and sent me a text message a day before that his brake light has gone bad. He offered me automatic car for my lesson and all I was paying him and taking lessons of was manual car because I wanted a license applicable for both automatic and manual car. Appearing for test in automatic car makes you licensed only for automatic car.
He was so arrogant when I asked for money back for my driving test scheduled the very next day which I would not be able to attempt at all. He said "no" for his grave fault and misconduct and rudely said he will not pay me any penny. He told me I should be thankful he is not charging for his 2 hours.
