Dreadful customer service.

I would under no circumstances recommend using Acorn Joinery. Customer service is truly awful. He fitted draft excluder which has resulted in the door not being able to be locked properly and blows open with the slightest breeze. I have tried for a month to get the problem resolved but phone calls, emails, text messages and voice mail but all are ignored. An unforgivable way to treat my mother who is in her 90s. Also be prepared for intrusive questions and clearing up the mess left behind.

Stuart is great to work with and understands exactly what needs done. He'll travel if needs be (we live in Renfrewshire) and is reasonable and helpful at all times. We're really happy with the work he did for us in Glasgow and the oak floor he laid more recently.
