Acorn Aerials

New to the area, I wanted to employ a small local business to install a TV aerial at the property. Wished I hadn't. Extremely disappointed in the service I received considering the glossy website and the claims made on it. The work was rushed with cables sliced and crudely joined together as in the old analogue days, untidy excessive cabling, no distribution unit fitted, aerial facing the wrong way and TV cable attached to the defunct satellite dish. The work was so bad I had to get another contractor in who was able to use the same aerial but had to redo the rest of the work so I ended up paying twice. Acorn offered to refund half the money but 5 weeks and two emails later (to which I have had no response) no refund has been made. Can not recommend.

Needed my sky aerial moving from downstairs to upstairs . Work completed with the minimum of fuss. Carl very knowledgeable & sorted out a couple of other aerial problems that I wasn't aware of . Price remained the same as initial quoted despite the extra hour or so he spent here . The sky system now works in all of my rooms , wouldn't hesitate in recommending Acorn Aerials for any similar jobs 👍👍

Carl the engineer came 3 months ago , took £95 from us for the so called repair of the aerial, which worked for 3 days then stopped given us signal on breezy days. Contacted them over 10 times and they keep promising to return and fix it,but to date not seen them again.. terrible after service !!!

Fixed prices so you know what you are paying before someone arrives, which I liked. Turned up on time, didn't leave any mess and made sure everything was tuned in and setup properly before he left.
