We employed ACN to convert our daughters garage and add an extension to create a granny annex for us to live in. ACN carried out the work on time and to the highest standards providing us with a self contained annex with one double bedroom, a new bathroom and an open plan living space with fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area. We were offered a wide range a kitchen options allowing us to select a kitchen that suited our needs and budget. ACN also tiled the whole of the new bathroom and kitchen area as well as fitting laminate flooring throughout. They also created a very light and airy living space with large double glazed windows and two sets of French doors. For our heating and hot water needs they fitted a new boiler and radiators that work independently of my daughters heating system. Once complete all certification was provided for building control, electrical work and central heating services. We are delighted with our new home and the ease of living it has created for us.
