A terrible service by this company I have recently reported about the cleaners in our sheltered housing. They come never clean properly I have had two employees from acis taken photos of the kitchen and communial lounge twice. The cleaners came again yesterday but still just hoovered round things. But according to them they need photographic evidence, they don't seem to pass things on. Today I had a phone call of one of the managers who said without photographic evidence there's not a lot they can do. But we all pay for the cleaners in our service charge. This company is a joke and only interested in the rent. A few year ago I tripped over a carpet I& several others reported it for months then one day I tripped over it but according to acis I couldn't do anything about it. But they soon learned when it went to court and it cost them £4000 pound. all because they were too interested in not doing there job properly

They do not deserve 1 star .Acis customer service is disgusting. Safer community totally ignore you and when you complain..they make threats .no morale standards. They lie and lie ..to cover up their mistakes ..I have on going cases with them ..The Director of Acis Is a disgrace.covers up for his staff .

never had landlords like this in my life ive had to put fire pit in kitchen to warm my home up! as im waiting 2 weeks for heating repairs there on ya back if u owe rent though well guess wat im using my rent for heating my home !

ACIS has a customer service that is awful. At the slighest complaint they claim you are insulting them. You can't get through to a housing manager easily. They try their best but the repair department is lazy . Asbestos is on my shed roof. It lets in water. They put a small amount of filler in and didn't remove the roof. It is still leaking. Moss grows on the roof and is ignored. It falls onto the back path and is dangerous. The back garden is a soggy bog.....bumpy lumpy and needs completely digging up putting down sand and relaying of grass. Noone at ACIS cares
