Acis is a dynamic and forward-thinking registered provider of affordable housing. We create opportunities for people to have better lives through the provision of better homes and better services.

We provide over 5,400 affordable homes - in urban and rural areas - for people across eleven local authority areas in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.

Our main activity is to provide high quality and sustainable homes for affordable rent. We also provide low cost home ownership schemes, as well as sheltered housing across nine schemes in West Lindsey. Additionally, we offer a 24 hour community alarm service that allows you to get help whenever needed.

As a not-for-profit organisation and registered charity, we use our income to develop and deliver excellent services for our customers and to maintain homes to a high standard. We are committed to creating better places to live by investing in homes and communities, for current and future generations.
