First class, can't fault it.

I phoned this morning because my electric had gone downstairs, I was talked to in a lovely manner, there was a mix-up with my address and they phoned me to check. I had to take my dog to the vet so they couldn't come midday, they did shortly after and quickly sorted my problem out. I didn't tell them that I was 79 and disabled, to be treated the way I was was a lovely change to how others treat their customers.

Didnt turn up

Waited in all day having had to take a day off work for them to come. Got to 3.3pm, I rang up to ask if they were coming and was told the guy that was coming was off sick. Ok fine, but how about let your clients know? Poor service, won't be using again.
