 I discussed making livable my covered and attached outhouse with toilet, and reiterated the need for damp proofing on many occasions. Brick layers knocked out the toilet and caused a mains leak which needed fixing by another company. Then water wasn't dried properly before plastering and although damp proofing was done to the walls, I was not told it needed doing to the floor. The wiring and wood work was not finished properly and since the job was done, I have had damp and mould where I didn't before.
I raised these concerns and was given a dehumidifier for a few days, being told it was the new brick which wasn't dry. This didn't resolve the problem. I have since asked for money back so I can afford work to fix the problem, but the company refused this and have not got back to me to resolve.
Overall, bad communication and organisation leaning toward deliberate misinformation regarding the works. I have been completely let down and now have another problem to pay to fix.
