ACE Electrical

Called out Ace Electrical Services via the red card adverts, due to a lighting circuit not working. Advert states "No Call Out Charges" However when the gent turned up and we were quoted £1600 for work, asked for time to think maybe get another quote, also wanted cash up front for parts, charged £75 for call out. Job was booked with Ace, they took 3 days to complete, not turning up at all on the second day and ended up charging £2000+ Later noticed that the light in toilet not working called Ace back, who insisted that the light not working was nothing to do with Ace he would pop in next time in the area, days went by did not come back, did not return any calls 2 weeks later the light in the kitchen stopped working and still no sign of Ace Electrical Services. We have called out a new electrician and on investigation in the new RCBO the neutral cable for the lighting circuit was not connected and had come out, new electrician fixed within less than 15 minutes. do not use ACE

We had Dominic come round and fix some electrical issues that we had with our apartment. Despite being very busy he was honest, flexible, on time and did a great job. Would happily have him round again and would highly recommend him.
