Very happy with the service from Ace Electric. I called to enquire about a washing machine which they didn’t have available but recommended another which turned out to be better. They delivered it the next day and took away the old one. Extremely impressed

Not very considerate. My wife is disabled and could not get into store so phoned to place an order but was told she needed to come into store to get the advertised price. She wanted to buy local and support the local retailer but had to order from John Lewis instead.

Ace are REALLY REALLY ACE. They came when they said they would, although they did have a little trouble finding the house, (not there fault house not on Sat nav.) They fitted and installed a good washing machine and also took away the old one. Brilliant as far as I was concerned.

I was looking for a particular brand washer/dryer (Bosch) which Ace Electric did not have in stock. They were able to order it for me at a competitive price as I did not want to buy from Curry's and rather support a local business. Leighanne was very helpful and when there had been a misunderstanding regarding the installation it was promptly sorted out by Clive the manager. Delivery was on time and the installation guys were very on time and professional.
Cannot recommend Ace Electric highly enough. Great local shop with personal advice.

Excellent all the way, cannot praise them enough.Was let down by currys, so phoned ace on the sunday knowing which tumble dryer we wanted, Did not have in stock so gentleman checked avaliability and price and phoned us straight back.Bought over phone and arranged delivery at a time to suit us, not as currys want which is when it suits them.Delivery turned up as promised and in servisable condition(unlike currys who brought damaged one with there late delivery).Delivery drivers unpaked and tested product, as well as took all packaging which was a pleasant surprise. In cinclusion from shop staff to delivery staff an excellent service throughout,would highly reccomend to everyone. We will be calling again for our next appliance.WELL DONE ACE,KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
