Aerial replaced due to water in wire

Excellent service

We contacted a few companies to fix our area as it had moved direction in the wind, one told us he wouldn't do it as the roof was too steep, one said we needed a new one without going up there to see, finally we contacted Ace aerials and satellite which was the best choice, he was polite, friendly, helpful and wasn't put off by how steep our roof is, I would highly recommend him, he tightened up the aerial after moving it to the right direction and ensured it was fully working. Definitely will be our first and only call next time. Thank you very much.

Quick, friendly, efficient satellite repair

I recently moved house into a place with a satellite fitted by the previous owners. The cables had been cut so it clearly hadn't been used in a while. Ace Aerials came out within a few hours of being called and carefully checked each component of the existing setup to ensure they only replaced what I needed. A new box on the end of the dish, and a bit of cabling later I have shiny new Freesat TV. The price was a fair bit less than I expected too!

I recommend them to anyone wanting satellite or aerial work done in Leicester, I just wish everyone I dealt with had such high standards of customer care.
