Absolutely bad service
1Regular tax efficiency and business advice, representation in the event of an HMRC investigation, Business guides and resources are included in the service. They definitely want a fee instead of answering even a simple question in a knowledgeable way. Moreover, they wait 3 days even to give this ridiculous answer.
I preferred it because it was affordable but I definitely do not recommend it.

To address the points you raised, all correspondence with us was responded to within our SLA of 24 hours. The specific question you are referring to related to a historical VAT registration filed by a third party. This was chargeable because VAT did not form part of your original package with us and took longer to resolve because your Client Manager had escalated your query in order to assist you. Services are discussed in detail during the onboarding call which may have prevented some of the confusion, however you opted out of this, preferring to communicate via email instead. We are pleased that the above concerns have been addressed and that you wish to remain a customer of ours.
