If I could give Accessory Depot seven stars, I would.
I took in a new mobile (Oukintel K16, not recommended) where the language settings were stuck in Polish. They wrestled with the problem for several days, managed to get an English setting but pointed out several other factors which made the phone unusable. I sent it back and got a refund. For all their efforts they charged NOTHING because, they said they had not really solved the problem. The best mobile repair shop in southern England, very likely.

Tony was so helpful to me when my phone was broken. Had it not been for him, I would’ve missed an event I have been looking forward to for a long time. He even text me on a Sunday to put my mind at rest. Wonderful service, so helpful, polite and genuinely friendly. These two guys deserve a very big Thankyou from me. I will recommend them to anyone with mobile phone problems.

Great service. Took my phone in to get the screen replaced (again, after Fone Revive replaced it a couple of months ago with a cheap malfunctioning non-responsive one) and it's such a pleasure to now have one that works as it should! Thank you.

Excellent service. Craig was very helpful in sorting my wife's laptop, he explained to her what was wrong and gave her good advice on the workings of her laptop. She was very pleased,

We were recommended to try Accessory Depot by the mobile phone shop staff as our new phones were baffling them. Tony took on the challenge and over the lunch time managed to sort both of them and correct multiple set up errors. The fee quoted and charged was minor relative to the cost of the phones and came with full explanations of the problems (not that we understood the issues fully). But all delivered with a smile and a joke - he seemed to like a challenge!
If we need expertise in sorting future problems we will simply ring Craig at the front of the shop and book a slot to drop in.
