The place is filthy! The staff are rude. Worst experience ever! DO NOT GO HERE!

After becoming homeless we got the unit. 3 months into our contract we got an email after being one day late on pay. They locked up the unit and wouldn’t allow entry to sell the items to pay them and for food. Very rude staff. Only care about money. I understand my issues aren’t theirs but the way I was treated after they found out I had no money was shocking! Definitely avoid them at all costs! Wish I had read the reviews before coming here!!!

I used Access to store my goods when moving house recently and my experience was first class. From the initial enquiry to actually moving my goods in was simple and straightforward and the staff were very helpful, the centre itself is very clean and tidy. Definitely would recommend.

Do not use this company. My furniture was in one of their storage units for 3 years over which time I paid monthly insurance through Access to cover my belongings. In my last month I had a moth infestation which destroyed a very expensive wool rug amongst other things. Access insurance company will NOT pay to cover the damage claiming I had brought the moths into the unit. Just an excuse to not pay out. Why bother taking out insurance. Just another cop out. It also took the insurance company 6 months to deal with the claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
