Jeff came to give an estimate for a pair of Horman Roller Doors & was extremely knowledgable with a no nonsense approach. The price was very keen & he kept me posted during the delivery period. The fitters done an excellent job of fitting, were very helpful & cleaned up on completion. Would have no hesitation in recommending Access Garage Doors, absolutely delighted!

Has a problem with my Aunt’s electric garage door. Put it up, wouldn’t come down, so called a local garage door company, first they said it was the garage electrics, it wasn’t, then the unit, 600 notes for a replacement. I asked for them to get me a bracket to be able to use it manually again, they told me the parts were unavailable so the only option was a new motor
So, I visited Access with the door lock so they could see what I wanted. Told them the problem, I was supplied with the bracket I needed straight away, off the shelf, plus a new barrel in the lock with three keys for £30. He asked if the other company had tested the motor, they hadn’t, so he said to ring him from the garage and he’d take me through a few things. I did, first thing was he told me where to look for the reset button, I pressed it and the door operated. All it needed was a reset, not a £600 motor.
If I had put a blank cheque in his hand they could not have been more helpful.
As for the other Company!!!!!

This is a family owned business and run by Kath and Jeff.

I scoured the internet and got many quotes from local garage door dealers, many who visited me were just interested in a sale and didn’t really listened to what I was asking for or didn’t understand.

Let’s just say Jeff knows his onions and and Kath has in-depth knowledge too.
