Quality, professionalism, understanding, expert, ontime, effective, excellent update throught out the process and customer focus are just a few of the attributes I will give to this business and the whole team. I had doors and windows done by them. the Sizes of the spaces I had were way out of standard but the guys made it possible. They are leaders of the trade and I wish I knew of them way before...Through out quotation time, delivery and post fitting; they excellent!

Graham carried out an onsite survey to replace my two old garage doors, ordered the replacement doors and then, on the day of installation, he found that he had to cut sections out of the steel supporting structure of my garage roof so that the doors that he'd ordered would fit. He supported the roof with 6 long lengths of unsightly timber. The first heavy rain after the installation was complete also revealed that the doors leaked badly at ground level. My initial complaints went unanswered and it became clear that customer service was not one of Graham's priorities when problems arose. I contacted JDUK Ltd, the suppliers of the Alutech doors, as Graham was one of their accredited installers, and they took on Graham's responsibilities and resolved the leaks and other problems Graham had left behind. I took the issue of the damage done to my roof structure to the Small Claims Court and accepted a sum of compensation.

Dear Fiona As you are aware we visited your home on several occasions to try to please you after you stated that the new doors allowed a seepage of water onto the concrete base on your garage floor, regarding the additional wooden frame to support the rails of your new door, as we were short of the timner you advised where to buy it. In fact the review that gave which i have asked to be reinstated was a 5 star review and in your words were as follows Excellent - Highly recommended The Installation of my two new garage doors was completed yesterday.My experience from the initial inquiry to the completion of the installation, has been excellent. Graham went to a lot of trouble with the installation and I am delighted with the result I have no hesitation in recommending Accent We did not pick up on the initial survey that your floor was sloping 3" , and that this would allow water to pentrate under the door, We fitted FOC floor seals at a cost to our company in the region of £150

Like many people, my ideal trader is one who takes responsibility for the quality of their work and can be relied on to address any issues surrounding product quality and standard of work. The garage door I had fitted by Accent Doors had a number of issues (some, to be fair, their supplier’s responsibility). Although it has taken some time these issues have now been addressed.
