Academy of Motoring is an established driving school and we've been providing driving tuition in Stoke-on-Trent for more than 50 years.

We offer standard one or two-hour classes , refresher courses & pass plus.

Lesson price £35 ph

We can pick you up from home or work throughout the day or evening and work Monday - Friday 9,00 till 5 . So give yourself the best possible chance of passing your test by contacting the Academy of Motoring today.

Mike is a Grade A Instructor & will give driving lessons to suit each individual.

Lessons are conducted in a BMW MINI COOPER S, an easy car to learn to drive in, with air conditioning plus good head and legroom.

Requirements....

To learn to drive with the Academy you need to:

be 17 years or older

have a valid provisional driving licence.

you must be able to read an old-style number plate in good daylight from a distance of 20.5 metres (that's 67 feet, or about five car lengths). The distance for the new-style number plates introduced in September 2001 is 20 metres (66 feet).

There are certain medical conditions that may prevent you from driving, or at least require a doctors certificate to ensure you are fit to drive. the DVLA should be consulted for a full list if unsure .

payment can be made by cash or card

please can you try to give at least 24 hrs notice of cancellations .

please dont wear dirty work clothes/overalls . i like to provide a clean car for students to learn in .

please wear sensible shoes .
