Academic Enrichment Centre

This is an amazing place to bring your children and get them properly prepared for their exams whether at A-levels, GCSEs, or 11+... I have my children coming here for A-levels Biology, and Physics, and GCSEs for English, Science, and Maths... and they are all improving and learning... I am myself a supply teacher and see how most high schools just care to teach and push students to get C grades and most of the attention they are paying is to ensure they get maximim number of Cs so they can look good in school league tables ... it doesn't do anything for them if students got a B or an A or even A*, because they are only judged by number and percentage of C grades or now the new grades of 4...

With C or 4 grades no one can get admission into top sixth form subjects they got 4s in. They must attain As or Bs which is 7 or 6 in new grades to be allowed to take those subjects in A-levels... so it's basically up to the students to do it all or we parents can send them to places like AEC.

My daughter attended the centre as a full time iGCSE candidate from last September. She was very nervous as this was a new environment for her to learn and a complete change of timetable. All the teaching staff at the centre have excelled in providing her the support, at times tailored to her learning as she needed. Mr Uddin and staff are all passionate and dedicated to ensure their students work to the best of their ability. My daughter has matured in the way she works, understands hard work and commitment is key to her success. I recommend the centre to any potential students, particularly girls as my daughter states ‘teachers ensured I worked to the best of my ability and recognised which areas i needed to focus on to succeed’.

Having recently moved back to the UK I registered my daughter to sit her IGCSE's as a private candidate at the centre. Everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure that the whole process was calm, relaxed and professional. I would not hesitate to use or recommend your services either for tuition or to sit exams. My husband registered as a private candidate for Cambridge igcses exams so that he can go back to school. We were so lucky to come accross this centre because the experience was pleasant. Everyone in the centre helped to fascilitate a relaxed and a professional environment.
