Above-Board Mechanical are an up and coming company specialising in Air conditioning, ventilation and heating soon to take over London and surrounding areas Residential sector (Commercial work is still welcome). Our company has only recently been founded (2019) but our tradesmen have been completing jobs to an extremely high standard for over 30 years.

All engineers that stand before you are friendly, professional and will put your needs and requirements first at all times. We have all worked together throughout our careers, being family/or family friends.

Air Conditioning

Installation

- Single units, multi systems, vrv/f

- All installations will be performed to the highest of standards, we prefer to install the best brands (Mitsubishi electric, Daikin) unless looking for a cheaper method we can advise of other brands.

Service and maintenance

- If you have any problems on existing units then give us a call and we will organise a time to get round asap.

- We take pride in our maintenance, unlike most air conditioning companies we will go out of our way to give you the golden package. Not just cleaning filters and coils, but cleaning the casing to make the systems look good as new.

Boiler Repair/Installation

- All boiler repairs and installs will be completed by a qualified engineer who will talk you through the stages and leave you extremely happy with the outcome.
