Above All Roofing

I wanted someone to replace some damaged roof tiles. I received a quote the following day with a very reasonable price and Michael Anderson came round on the 3rd day to do the work. The work was professionally done, very satisfied.

I needed small, but never the less, leaking areas on my rather fragile Glass roof frame fixing, after the very windy and heavy rain recent weather. Michael came out and repaired both leaks, in his usual expert, professional way. How lucky we are to have Michael and Linda and Above All Roofing to come and sort out our urgent problems. We chose Michael from a wide range of quotes. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Decision was based on advice given during the quoting stage. For instance he asked if we would like the flashing kit changing on the already installed Velux window. This was 11 years old so it was a good call. No one else from the 5 quotes mentioned it. He also gave good advice on a replacement gutter. We were quite concerned how this would mate up to next door but it's great. The row shares the same gutter and it's sagged over the years. To put ours in straight it broke the joint on next doors and it didn't show until the next time it rained after he had finished. A quick call to him and he came straight back. We went from stone to Marleys and the company that bought the stone only took the good stuff. I asked Michael to take the rest to dump. He took bits he could use and gave us £40 for it which he didn't need to do. Finished job looks awesome and we'd recommend Above All to anyone.

Great service from initial quote to finishing the new roof. Excellent workmanship and immaculate tidying up of old roof debris. Friendly, quiet people to have around your property. Good value for money too!

We had a number of tiles that needed repositioning/fixing. Above All Roofing carried the work out on the agreed day and, although there were more tiles to attend to than I thought, we were only charged the quoted price and no more. They were polite, thorough and tidy and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Above All Roofing also did some work for us at our previous house some ten years ago and they did a great job then too. Their work is reasonably priced and does not require a revisit, ie, it is done properly first time.

Please note that if your job is small make sure you fix an actual date for the work to be carried out and not for it to be "fitted in" as they are naturally much in demand and it will probably be quicker.
