Extremely satisfied

James provided an exemplary service in assessing our 2 year old boy with complicated issues with his feet. James spent time discussing the issue on the phone. He reviewed videos and photos prior to the visit and saw my son within 48 hours of us making contact. The practice was a calm environment and James really put my young son at ease and did not rush the consultation in anyway. James provided guidance throughout the consultation and explained exactly what was happening so that we could develop a management plan together. He answered our long list of questions fully. We wholeheartedly recommend James as being highly knowledgeable and competent at dealing with complicated biomechanical issues in the feet, including in children. We would not hesitate to recommend James for any footcare that you need and we are looking forward to seeing him again.

Superb, friendly service.

I took my seven year old son to see James to assist with a particularly stubborn verruca. We went weekly for four weeks and James was able to recommend and carry out the most appropriate treatment. It was not only painless and successful but James put my son instantly at ease. Not only that, he even gave us some Nintendo games tips too....an added bonus for my son! I would thoroughly recommend James and Ablefeet.

Absolutely delighted with the service and care my son received. High quality care from experienced professionals. Kind and friendly. My son has Autism and they were able to work with him and make him feel relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended and would definitely use again should the need arise.

Lovely, honest service

James treated me for a nasty calloused verrucae on my heel. He was honest from the start that treatment may not work as verrucae can be stubborn! As it was causing me great discomfort I decided to give it a go anyway even if it just reduced the size. James used acid treatment throughout and gave my foot a rest a couple of times. After about 8 treatments we left for a good 6 weeks with me moisturising and plastering the area daily for 2 weeks. the verrucae have gone - hurrah! Pleasant and polite to deal with, I would recommend Ablefeet.
