Disappointing flowers and customer service

My aunt received flowers on her birthday. The lilies were already open and one of the petals had fallen off, a carnation had also broke. After only five days she has had to throw some of the flowers away because they had died, the roses had lost a lot of petals, only one Lily left but in bad condition and the carnations are dead. Worse lasting bouquet ever. Contacted the store by email with photos-twice-and gone no response.
So disappointed in the flowers and customer service.

Fantastic florist. I always use Abidaisy if I need flowers. Donna has made me stunning bouquets, arrangements and wedding corsages. She made beautiful funeral arrangements when my parents died. You can have a lovely hand tied bouquet done while you wait.

Spectacular flowers every time, I order with confidence knowing how good they will be

I have ordered flowers from Abidaisy on heaps of occasions and they have always been spectacular. I live in Australia but my family and friends live in Clydebank and/or Glasgow and I order flowers with great confidence no matter the occasion as the feed back I get is that they are amazing. I particularly like the added detail when Glitter etc is added for that special touch.

I have used Abidaisy Flowers on many different occasions..The quality of flowers and arrangements is second to none, and great value for money.. Whether it’s for a funeral, wedding etc. the standard is always top quality..Wouldn’t buy my flowers anywhere else now, the personal service is the best in the business..I would recommend Abidaisy to everyone, you won’t be disappointed...
