Whilst holidaying over the bank holiday, we noticed our rear brakes were grinding.
As it was on the bank holiday Monday, we had no success from any local garages close to where we were staying in Tywyn.
We called these guys on the off chance they would answer, and thankfully they did.
The car was booked in for the next day, we dropped the car off, they ordered us a taxi into Aberystwyth and we had some breakfast and did a bit of shopping.
A couple of hours later the car was ready and fixed.
No need to worry about driving home with dodgy brakes (Yes, I know, we shouldn't have let them get that bad before changing them).
If are ever at our caravan and need some work done on our car, I wouldn't think twice about calling them rather than the local garages.

Was on holiday in wales when my BMW needed replacement brakes doing. Went to Aberystwyth motors with no appointment, met by a really helpful man who fitted us in there and then. They replaced my brakes straight away. Really helpful , top service and great price. Would highly recommend.

Driving about on holiday in Wales near Talybont when the fan belt broke on my beloved Volvo V70 D5. Tried a local garage but they were fully booked. Tried the likes of KwikFit and others in Aberystwyth with some booked up until March. Came across Aberystwyth Motors on yell and called them up. The owner said to bring my car in and he’d see what he could do. With all electrics failing, limped the car there and it was fixed in just over 30 minutes for £60 parts AND labour. I would have probably paid double that considering the desperate situation we were in. Absolute first rate job. Can’t recommend them enough. Knowledgeable, friendly and superb value for money

The service I received from this company was absolutely outstanding. I had broken down on a long journey and needed to get a recovery vehicle as the driveshaft in my car had snapped. Within a few hours the mechanics had not only fixed the problem but had collected me to pick up the car, cleaned the car and gave me a coffee while I waited. The cost was completely fair and the service cheerful and incredibly kind. Absolutely excellent in every respect. Thankyou for everything.
