4Hello Iain Many thanks for your review, Yes we are well booked in for our services but we do try to keep all our customers happy but it is difficult, But I can assure you some have been waiting longer, At least we can guarantee the jobs you require are carried out properly as there is a lot of pretenders in this roofing trade for sure, We offer one years guarantee for jobbing work and a five years guarantee on a strip and reslate or retile and up to a 20 years guarantee for a new flat felt roof Best regards Iain McKay
