Great Job !
5I did all the work they suggested except for a new bathroom extractor fan - and now I really regret not getting the new extractor put in as they suggested as I've got to listen every day to the old fan rattling away ! (Suspected they were building a bigger job for themselves like other electricians I've used but they weren't - advice was solid)
No hesitation in recommending ABC Electrical !
What a star!
5Great service from ABC Electrical
5Fair price and good knowlege
5They kept me informed and were really good with my tenants.
The quality of work and the reports were really good- they were detailed and told me things the other report did not (like when my smoke detectors would expire) which helps with planning
Time waster. It be zero stars!
1Frankly it doesn't sound too bad to me. I am an electrician. I've never heard a customer complain about invoices being late! Why would you be chasing him down for an invoice if the work was not carried out. I think you are one of those "unusual" customers that we occasionally meet on the job. Sigh! I'd love it if a customer chased me for the invoice especially if I did not do the work. You got anything else you (don't) need doing. By the way I think you mean "Their name" not there, tut tut!
I have responded to this fully on my website https://www.baldelectrician.com/bad-review To sum up - yes we agreed to do an electrical report (EICR) and smoke detectors and also agreed to let the cl ient know by phone, after arrival on site it was decided to inform the client in writing as the electrics in the property were so dangerous. I have spoken to SELECT (Scotland's electrical governing body) and with NICEIC technical help line (the UK wide body) and they have BOTH confirmed that I followed the wiring regulations (specifically 132.16) To sum up- if you want an electrician that disregards safety regulations and does what the client wants (even if it is dangerous and against the regulations to do so) please call someone else If you want an electrician who is registered with SELECT, NICIEC, Trustmark, Part P, East Ayrshire Trusted Trader Scheme, An AICO expert installer, and Reference Line and strives to do the right thing then call abc Electrical
