Excellent service every time

Terry has helped us With too many appliances and faults to mention over the years. He is outstanding and spends always as long as it takes to finish the job. I have known him work on a washing machine or tumble dryer for us as late as 11 p.m on a Friday night because it was last job of the day when he was out on call. Excellent service every time.

What an awesome service. Terry fixed our washer dryer today. The problem was not easy to detect because there wasn't any evidence of reason. I was thinking it is electronic/software problem. He found it and fixed it. Thank you.

Terry did an amazing job of installing our intergrated Hotpoint Ultimo dishwasher .The installation was made more complicated due to the plumbing of the old dishwasher and the positioning of the kitchen unit. However he persevered with great professionalism and installed it superbly . He is a warm and friendly experienced professional and went the extra mile and put in extra time to help us. Thanks again Terry :-) . I will definitely be saving your details and recommending you to all my friends and family .
