Great service and nice people

We had a leak of the mains water pipe into our toilet cistern, which we found at 7.45 on a Saturday night. Peter was here by 8.20 and it was all repaired by 8.45. Brilliant service and really nice guy.

The tap on the kitchen sink seized at 1215am on a Friday night and I couldn't turn it off nor could I shut the water supply down from our stopcock. I despaired at finding someone to come out at that time but Peter came and fixed it. Highly recommended. Truly an emergency plumber.

Peter's helped us out on a cold winter day when our boiler packed in, with a young baby in the house. Since then he's done a couple of other things for us, and services our boiler annually. He's a good worker and reliable. Thanks Peter.

Great as always

We have used Peter and his son on two occasions and have found them to be prompt, professional and reasonably priced. On both occasions they remedied the problem on the spot (first was boiler failure and second was leak in bathroom). We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent service from Abbots

Our HeatLine Vizo boiler had packed up for the fifth time in as many years and it was quite cold, with a young child in the house. I called Peter based on reviews and I was glad that I did. He came around, diagnosed the fault, gave us a price for fixing it and warned that other parts were likely to go fairly soon. It was time for a new reliable boiler. He gave us a fair quote for fitting a new Worcester boiler including rejigging some of the pipework and disassembling/reassembling the surrounding kitchen unit.
Himself and his son sourced and fitted the new boiler, made good the kitchen unit and tidied up afterwards. Since then, we have used Abbots for other plumbing work and will use them again. Overall, a professional, reliable and friendly service from Abbots.
