If we could give more than 5 stars we definitely would. Following a harrowing aggravated burglary, we were desperate to have better alarm fitted . Other companies did come round, but we didn’t feel they were able to offer what we needed. Thankfully we found Scott. He called round on a weekend when he heard what had happened to us. From that first visit , the detailed spec and quote, and his complete grasp of what we wanted lifted him head and shoulders above everyone else. The alarm is amazing, the best money that we have spent, and wish we had found him earlier. Nothing was too much trouble and he has even called round to see how we were recovering. Cannot recommend Scott highly enough. He is genuine and kind person , extremely knowledgeable and is looking to deliver the very best for his customers. We were very lucky we found him.

The package offered and prices were good, service and after care are very good. The team at Abbotrack has been very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The trackers work very well and the navigation on the app and website to obtain the information is easy to use. Since having them it has been a big benefit. We wouldn’t be without them now !!

Scott at abbotrack fitted our new home alarm system and CCTV system. It was clear that we were dealing with a very professional, smart and courteous set-up; Scott wasted no time but simply got on with the job; he worked meticulously, without making any mess at all and involved us regularly when any decisions needed to be made. I was impressed that our association with the firm didn’t finish as he left: Scott made it very clear that the firm was ready to advise on any problems on a 24 hr line. Recently Scott fitted an alarm at our house. We are very impressed and pleased with all aspects of the job. On his initial visit, he listened carefully to our requirements. It was evident his responses were based on extensive knowledge. His Quote was very thorough and clear.. He fitted the alarm with minimum inconvenience to us. At the end of the installation he carefully explained the system. This wasn’t concluded because I had a prior commitment. Scott returned the following day, to conclude his explanation. In addition, he has contacted us to ensure that we are happy with the way everything is working. His customer care before, during and after the installation is of the highest quality. It is evident that he is motivated by a genuine commitment to his customers. We have no hesitation in recommending Scott and Abbotrack without reservation.
